Delete your account
NexaTill · point-of-sale for cafes, restaurants, and pop-ups.
You can permanently delete your NexaTill account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to request deletion.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open NexaTill and sign in.
- Enter your owner pincode to unlock.
- Open the menu and go to Settings → Subscription.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
- Confirm. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email nexatill.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "NexaTill account deletion request". We'll verify and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email + password) and account.
- Your business profile, products, categories, taxes, and payment methods.
- Your entire sales history, shifts, and reports.
- Your staff records and roles.
- Your subscription entitlement and registered devices.
- All on-device data on every device signed in to the account.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not retain a backup.
Important — cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. To stop billing, cancel it in your App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions) before deleting your account.
Data the stores may retain
Apple and Google keep their own purchase/transaction records per their policies; those are outside our control. We delete everything we hold.
